Clients can choose between in-person performance coaching, telephone Coaching and cyber-coaching
Peter has spent most of the past ten years performance coaching clients in-person, however over recent years that has been a significant increase in telephone coaching. Ideally performance coaching will be conducted in a face-to face, one-on-one environment. However, this isn't always possibly, due to a number of factors. The distance between the performance coach and our client is a major factor, and Peter has a number of internationally based clients, which makes a face to face performance coaching session difficult to achieve. Since telephone coaching has started growing in popularity, we have noticed that it can in fact hold a number of key benefits:
- You can find and use the best performance coach for your needs: By using the phone, you are not limited by the location of you and your performance coach, as such you can utilise almost any performance coach in the world. Performance Coaches like Peter are in high demand because they hold very rare qualifications - and the telephone opens Peter up to executives he otherwise couldn't of helped.
- The telephone offers a very focused session: You are not distracted by a new environment, or your performance coach. By using the phone there is also less of an opportunity for the performance coach or his client to take the upper hand - the telephone is the great equaliser and can lead to some fantastically productive performance coaching sessions.
- The telephone is very efficient: No time is wasted travelling to and from a telephone coaching session. With the telephone, a performance coaching session can begin straight away, as less time is used up dealing with formalities.
- Telephone coaching is less costly: travel expenses are cut and you will use less of your performance coaches time, which will lead to cost savings.
- Telephone coaching can be more relaxing: The client can effectively be performance coached at any loaction where they wish. This allows the client to experiement with locations, with some prefering the comfort and relaxation that they find at home, where others find their office to be the best location.
