About us
Inner Vision was founded in the year 2000 by Peter Harty. During this time we have worked with some of the UKs major blue chip organisations; as well as a number of multi-national corporations. Inner Vision has performance coached senior personnel in the public and private sectors, as well as a small number of notable sporting figures on the international scene. In the ten years since our launch, Peter has personally spent over 10,000 hours engaging in one-to-one performance coaching with his clients.
Peter is thus one of the most experienced and qualified performance coaches in the UK. Peter has performance coached numerous leading figures in business as well as notable figures in his profession. Having such vast experience in performance coaching firmly places Peter in the top echelon of his profession and is a direct result of working with some of the UKs most eminent blue chip organisations. Peter recognises the need to offer the highest professional standards so that his clients can gain as much as possible from their programmes. One of the skills that his clients appreciate most is his ability to adapt his style to meet their needs, incorporating various models and tools. Peter accepts that every client is unique and as such every performance coaching programme is tailor created to meet this end.
Peters background
Peter started his performance coaching career in the year 2000, which makes him one of the UKs first performance coaches. Peter stated Inner Vision having completed a hugely successful career in the manufacturing sector, which spanned over 20 years. Peters career in industry started as a graduate employee in a major manufacturing organisation in the 1970s. Peter went on to work in various senior management positions for a number of blue chip organisations. His last appointment was as Managing Director of a major packaging plant. Peter has since undertaken over 10 thousand hours of one on one performance coaching since setting up Inner Vision which has made him one of the UKs leading professional coaches.
